Real was put forward by Alice Sigei after doing very well at Saramek Primary school and securing a place at Sacred Hill School in Londiani. Rael was being looked after by her mother but she was sadly unable to pay for Rael to go to secondary school.
The Trust decided to sponsor Rael and she began at Sacred Hills at the beginning of 2015. Will and Shirley visited her there in 2016 and were also pleased to meet her mother in Kericho.
After a good first year, Rael’s grades dropped in 2016 and sadly she didn’t finish school with good enough marks to get to university but Alice Segei is in touch with her and The Trust wishes her well.
